Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional service to all callers. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and ultimately drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate Outbound Calls: Utilize provided leads or databases to make outbound calls to prospective customers. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and persuade potential customers to engage further.
2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers. Address their queries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
3. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding their requirements, and offering personalized assistance.
4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales over the phone.
5. Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and sales, in the CRM system. Keep track of follow-up tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
6. Stay Informed: Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers and maximize sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
• Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
