Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and provide timely assistance. Your communication skills will be key in building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, promote special offers, and generate sales leads. Your persuasive abilities will be instrumental in driving business growth.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, using our CRM system. Attention to detail is essential to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up actions.
  4. Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify issues, and proactively offer solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Your problem-solving skills will contribute to enhancing customer experience.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information. Continuous learning and product training will be provided to keep you informed.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to coordinate responses to customer inquiries, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your teamwork skills will be crucial in achieving collective goals.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders (male, female, and others).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages would be an advantage.
