Responsibilities:

  2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  3. Sales and Promotion: Promote products or services to potential customers through persuasive communication. Utilize sales techniques to generate leads, upsell products, and achieve sales targets.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and transactions. Update customer information in the database regularly.
  5. Follow-Up: Initiate follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with the products or services provided. Address any unresolved issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes, resolve customer issues efficiently, and contribute to overall team success.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling customer interactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telesales.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
