Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information to drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Promotional Activities: Present and promote products/services to potential customers over the phone.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and track sales progress.
- Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
