About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and ultimately drive sales. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, understand their needs, and effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and probing techniques.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Promote our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate information, resolving queries, and addressing concerns professionally.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through proactive selling and persuasive communication.
6. Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any unresolved issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th grade education, although graduates are preferred.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Gender: Open to all genders – male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Punjabi is a plus).
6. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
7. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
8. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections gracefully.
9. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
11. Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
