Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our organization by engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting them with compelling offers and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script to introduce our products and services.
2. Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, pricing, and promotions.

6. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotional offers.
7. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade to Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence customer behavior.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
