About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generating sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage customers in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Listen actively to customer inquiries, address their concerns, and provide accurate information to resolve queries.
  3. Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities. Utilize persuasive techniques and sales strategies to drive conversions and maximize revenue generation.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes of calls. Update customer information in the database and ensure data integrity at all times.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls and emails to facilitate conversion.
  6. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers. Stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while engaging with customers. Ensure ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
