Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote our products/services accordingly. You will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided leads list. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits to generate interest and secure sales appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Listen actively to their needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, including features, pricing, and benefits. Effectively communicate this information to customers to drive sales and address inquiries.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Employ effective closing strategies to secure commitments from potential customers.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain a proactive approach to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Maintain organized records for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team. Strive for continuous improvement and take proactive measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (high school) to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs promptly and effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software. Ability to adapt to new technology platforms and tools as required.
