Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to deliver consistent messaging.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers via phone or email to answer questions, provide additional information, or address concerns.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required, with preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
