Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls.   6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales revenue.
  7. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
  8. Collaborate with team members and share insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  9. Stay updated on product/service offerings, market trends, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  10. Uphold company values and adhere to all policies and procedures.


  1. Education: Minimum of 10th grade (high school) to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills with fluency in [insert languages required, e.g., English, Kannada, etc.].
