Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads or promote products/services. Your persuasive communication skills will be crucial in engaging potential clients and driving interest in our offerings.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products/services to facilitate informed decision-making.
3. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. Employ sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals, thereby contributing to achieving sales targets.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer data in compliance with privacy regulations.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and provide additional information as required. Keep the communication channels open to foster long-term relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Actively participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree. A strong educational background demonstrates your ability to comprehend and communicate effectively.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Prior experience equips you with the necessary skills and insights to excel in a telecalling environment.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively is essential for engaging customers and driving sales conversions.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team. Empathy, patience, and adaptability are key traits that contribute to successful customer interactions.
5. Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications for maintaining records, accessing customer information, and utilizing CRM software. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) is desirable.
