Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
  2. Explaining our products/services to potential customers and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Generating leads and setting appointments for sales representatives.
  4. Following up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction with purchased products/services.
  5. Keeping accurate records of all interactions and sales leads in our CRM system.
  6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
  7. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for achieving sales goals.
  8. Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  2. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  4. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided).
  7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
