Position: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by connecting with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products/services effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage with individuals courteously and professionally to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls. Address any concerns or queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance brand loyalty.
  3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly to meet their requirements.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales objectives consistently.
  5. Database Management: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate effective follow-up and reporting.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare detailed reports on call activities, sales metrics, and outcomes for performance evaluation.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a graduate degree in any discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Confidence in articulating product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  4. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to identify sales opportunities and capitalize on them to drive revenue growth.
  5. Resilience: Resilient and adaptable to handle rejection and objections professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and persistence in pursuing sales objectives despite challenges.
  6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
