Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, addressing any questions or concerns to ultimately secure sales or appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication. Understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements, fostering positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing information to customers. Stay updated on product/service enhancements or modifications to provide accurate information.
4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Employ effective closing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation for the organization.
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective customers to nurture leads and address any additional inquiries. Maintain records of interactions, update customer databases, and track progress for reporting purposes.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Relay feedback to the appropriate departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent. Graduates are preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field is required.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
