  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential.
  • Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain enthusiasm and motivation in a high-pressure sales environment.
