Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone, effectively communicating the value of our products/services and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, making your role instrumental in shaping their perception of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features and benefits, and strive to generate interest and leads.
  2. Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
  3. Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing customers.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve collective goals. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate. A higher degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in local languages and English is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport quickly and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant technology tools. Ability to adapt to new software platforms quickly.
