Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, pitching our products/services, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media, or website inquiries. Building a rapport with customers and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of our products/services and being able to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Working towards predefined sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Providing regular updates to the sales team regarding progress and feedback gathered from customers.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduation in any field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female both are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Ability to articulate ideas effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection positively. Resilience and perseverance are key attributes for success in this role.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
