  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers. Stay updated on product/service enhancements and modifications.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve desired outcomes and drive revenue growth.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of conversations, inquiries, and feedback received. Input relevant information into the CRM system for future reference and reporting purposes.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall organizational success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) up to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to articulate ideas and information effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to address objections and close deals.
