Position Telecaller

Job Description:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to take the desired action.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to promote new products/services, gather feedback, or follow up on previous interactions. Build rapport, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, or other means. Gather relevant information about prospects and update databases with accurate details for future follow-ups.
  4. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects/customers to nurture leads and close sales. Maintain communication channels to ensure a seamless flow of information and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Take proactive measures to optimize performance and maximize results.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using designated software or CRM systems. Keep track of customer preferences, feedback, and purchase history for personalized communication.
  7. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, scripts, and guidelines for conducting calls and handling customer information. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards at all times.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A strong command of spoken and written English is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections diplomatically, and create positive customer experiences.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, telecommunication devices, and CRM software/tools. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
  6. Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining motivation in a target-driven environment. Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to learn and improve continuously.
