Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and ultimately closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service over the phone. Address any inquiries or concerns they may have, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about potential customers' needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior to tailor our offerings accordingly.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Follow predefined scripts or sales strategies to guide conversations and overcome objections effectively.
  5. Data Management: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions, using our CRM software. Ensure data accuracy and completeness to facilitate future communications and analysis.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales conversion rates, and revenue generation. Consistently strive to maximize productivity and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention the language) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify sales opportunities, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and CRM software for data entry, call logging, and reporting purposes.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
