Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convince them of the value proposition we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through research and marketing campaigns. Present our products/services persuasively and accurately to generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and listening skills. Gather relevant information and maintain a database of prospective customers for follow-up purposes.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, promote new products/services, and nurture relationships. Address any queries or concerns they may have and ensure their satisfaction with our offerings.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and close deals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, feedback received, and follow-up actions taken. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and convey information convincingly.
- Persuasive Abilities: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Result-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
