Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and effectively promoting our products/services. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and drive sales conversions through persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
  2. Inbound Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing information about our offerings, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up calls. Understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Employ persuasive selling strategies while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes. Consistently strive to maximize sales revenue and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to a graduate degree in any field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
