Job Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present product information, answer inquiries and effectively communicate the value proposition to generate interest and drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their needs. Address any concerns or objections professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight key features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Keep accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Strive to continuously improve sales techniques and productivity to maximize results.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and product performance to the sales team and management. Generate reports as required to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Empathetic approach toward addressing customer concerns.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
