Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to market our products/services.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions effectively.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather necessary information for our sales team.
4. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of interactions, ensuring all customer details are recorded correctly.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and close sales.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 10th grade education, though a higher educational background is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and regional languages, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
4. Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while making repeated calls to potential customers.
6. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
8. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
