Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients to understand their needs effectively.

2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and persuade customers to consider our offerings.

3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through strategic calling campaigns. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information for further follow-up by the sales team.

4. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately. Provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales department to achieve sales targets.

6. Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including call logs, sales activities, and customer feedback. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

7. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings. Continuously strive to improve performance through self-assessment and feedback.

8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals and objectives. Share best practices, insights, and feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
