Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and ultimately drive sales through effective communication over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, addressing their queries, providing information about our offerings, and assisting them with their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, resolving complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate, and closing deals over the phone.
- Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities for business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate. A higher degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in telecalling or telesales roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a persuasive attitude, negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Genuine empathy towards customers' needs, with a proactive approach to providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools for effective call management and data analysis.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
