Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for initiating communication with prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets through effective telephone conversations.


  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
  2. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, complaints, and after-sales support. Provide accurate and timely assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, personalized interactions, and proactive communication. Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Utilize persuasive selling techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue generation.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including calls made, inquiries handled, and sales achieved. Input relevant information into the CRM system accurately and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers regarding their preferences, needs, and expectations to assist in product development and marketing strategies.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders (male, female, and others).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly, listen attentively, and empathize with customers' needs.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including data entry, email correspondence, and CRM software.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer requirements.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team towards common goals.
