Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Your primary goal will be to foster positive relationships with customers while achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, identify sales opportunities, and generate leads.
- Inbound Calling: Respond to inbound calls from customers, address their inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs and concerns, and following up on sales inquiries or complaints.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall business objectives.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) to Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
