Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers professionally and persuasively, ultimately aiming to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and engagement.
4. Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain customer interest and engagement.
5. Data Entry: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
6. Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide relevant information, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to the management for continuous improvement.
9. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade (High School Diploma), but candidates with higher education (Graduation or equivalent) will be preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and objections professionally, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
