Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers using our database or the leads provided. Introduce them to our products/services and explain the benefits persuasively.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or complaints professionally.
  4. Sales Pitch: Present compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect. Utilize persuasive techniques to convince customers of the value proposition and encourage them to take action.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads through the sales process. Maintain regular communication to keep prospects engaged and facilitate conversions.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Persuasive and confident demeanor with strong negotiation abilities.
