Education: 10th to Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and build lasting relationships with our clientele. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage with individuals courteously and professionally to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling efforts. Gather relevant information about customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints to determine their suitability as potential clients.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, features, pricing, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Address any questions or concerns raised by customers regarding our offerings.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.
  5. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company. Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize conversion rates and increase sales revenue.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including details of conversations, inquiries, and follow-up actions taken. Enter relevant information into the CRM system for future reference.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
