About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for engaging with our prospective and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer queries, and cultivate positive relationships with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for further discussion.
- Inbound Calling: Receive incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and assist them with any concerns they might have.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication, actively listen to their needs, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain communication with existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and transactions, in the designated CRM software.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets set for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, but we welcome candidates with higher educational qualifications up to the graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English.
- Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' needs and concerns.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
