About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and provide exceptional customer support. Your role will involve engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales conversions.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication skills. Listen attentively to their queries, address their concerns, and provide accurate information about our products/services. Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Gather relevant information about customer requirements and preferences to qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity reports regularly to track progress and performance.
5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and lead generation. Strive towards achieving individual and team goals to contribute to overall business objectives.
6. Adherence to Quality Standards: Adhere to predefined quality standards and sales scripts while making calls. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th to Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
