3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities.

5. Providing Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to interested customers.

6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process. Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade to Graduate.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
