Education: Candidates should have completed their education from 12th grade to Graduate level. A strong educational background is appreciated, but what matters more is your passion and dedication to the job.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. However, if you possess exceptional communication skills and the drive to excel, we welcome freshers as well. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills to succeed in this role.

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
2. Explaining our products/services to potential customers and answering their queries.
3. Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
4. Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales made.
5. Following up on leads generated through various channels.
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
7. Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and campaigns.
8. Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
2. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
4. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
6. Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
