Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for connecting with customers over the phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and promote our products/services. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to discuss our offerings, address concerns, and build rapport.
  2. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies to customers.
  3. Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  4. Sales Support: Assist in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on customer interactions to facilitate sales conversions.
  5. Data Maintenance: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  6. Performance Tracking: Keep track of call outcomes, conversion rates, and other key metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow script guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or telemarketing.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers, build rapport, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team goals and initiatives.
