Job Title: Telecaller

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Telecaller in Gaya. As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service operations, engaging with prospective clients and providing them with exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate. A higher level of education is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role for a minimum of 3 years. Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and serve customers. Empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications. Ability to navigate systems and input data accurately.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
