Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate sales leads. Your primary duties will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiating outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through proactive engagement with customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
7. Documentation: Accurately maintaining records of interactions with customers and updating relevant information in the database.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
