Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, deliver compelling pitches about our products/services, and nurture leads to conversion. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address queries, provide information, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our offerings, highlight key benefits, and generate interest.
  2. Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into active customers, meeting or exceeding predefined conversion targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record relevant customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and reporting.
  5. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and other performance metrics as outlined by the team lead or supervisor.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs to refine your calling techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field is mandatory.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language name if specific) with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to engage and persuade prospects through effective communication and active listening.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-driven environment.
