Position: Telecaller
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information about our offerings. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects who have shown interest but haven't made a decision yet. Keep them engaged through regular follow-up calls, emails, or messages, and provide additional information or assistance as needed to encourage conversion.
- Sales Conversion: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers. Employ persuasive communication techniques, overcome objections, and highlight the value proposition to close deals effectively.
- Data Management: Update customer information, call logs, and sales records accurately in the CRM system. Keep track of interactions, follow-up dates, and outcomes to maintain organized records and facilitate future communication.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call activities, sales performance, and achievements against targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A solid educational foundation is essential for effective communication and comprehension skills.
- Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a telecalling or telesales role is preferred. Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or customer service will be an advantage.
