Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services persuasively, highlight their benefits, and effectively address any queries or concerns.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management. Consistently strive to improve sales performance and contribute towards the growth of the organization.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination. Share insights and best practices with team members to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English or any additional language would be an advantage.
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining records and managing customer interactions.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales objectives with a positive attitude.
