Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Initiate conversations to introduce our products or services, highlighting their benefits and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about potential customers' needs, preferences, and buying behavior to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Promotion: Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotional offers to stimulate interest and drive sales conversions. Utilize persuasive techniques to overcome objections and secure commitment from prospects.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine interest in their needs. Cultivate trust and loyalty to foster long-term business relationships.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Take proactive measures to maximize productivity and optimize performance.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings through ongoing training and self-directed learning. Apply newfound knowledge to enhance sales strategies and improve outcomes.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least three years in telecalling or telesales roles. Experience in customer service or sales environments is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and customer preferences. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills with familiarity with CRM software and other telecalling tools. Ability to navigate systems efficiently and multitask effectively.
