Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads lists. Present our products/services persuasively to secure sales or appointments.
2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products/services where applicable.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills. Record accurate information and update databases accordingly.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including notes on conversations, sales, and follow-up activities.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
