Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound calls efficiently. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments for our sales team.
- Inbound Call Handling: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their queries, providing information about products/services, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record details of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow established scripts, guidelines, and protocols for conducting calls and handling customer inquiries. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, process inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on call activities, sales outcomes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers and provide solutions to their needs.
- Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue objectives despite obstacles or setbacks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
