Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales conversions through effective communication via telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or customer inquiries. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and upsell additional products/services when appropriate.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all calls made and outcomes achieved in the CRM system. Keep track of customer preferences, contact information, and any follow-up actions required.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales revenue and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and suggest product/service enhancements.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive data with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales role preferred.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders, male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
