Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for connecting with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate our offerings to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and upsell additional products/services where applicable.
3. Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales and upselling additional products/services to existing customers.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, in our CRM system.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate. A higher educational background is a plus.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in Hindi and/or English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
5. Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
