Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing exceptional service to existing clients. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, address customer queries, and generate leads to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally to promote our products/services and convey relevant information.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
  4. Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain client relationships, and facilitate the sales process.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using CRM software.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Secondary School Certificate) to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
  5. Target Orientation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other communication tools.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs, work under pressure, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Resilience: Resilient and persistent attitude towards handling objections, rejection, and challenging situations.
