Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the front line of communication between our organization and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make purchases or avail of our services. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
2. Introduce products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
3. Persuade customers to make purchases or avail of services by highlighting key features and advantages.
4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
5. Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Continuously update knowledge of products/services, promotions, and policies to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
3. Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
4. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
