Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their questions, and ultimately, convert them into loyal clients. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to individuals or businesses, but you'll also handle inbound calls to assist existing clients or address inquiries.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and introduce our products/services accordingly.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads diligently, nurturing relationships and guiding potential customers through the sales process.
5. Data Management: Accurately record details of every interaction in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference.
6. Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
7. Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, trends in the market, and suggestions for improving our products/services.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
5. Persistence: Strong perseverance and resilience to handle rejection and keep pushing towards meeting targets.
6. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
7. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and support each other to achieve common goals.
8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market conditions.
