Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action.
- Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their queries, provide product/service information, and assist them with any issues they may encounter.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively communicating product/service offerings, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and closing sales deals over the phone.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter customer information, sales orders, and other relevant data into the CRM system. Generate regular reports on call volumes, sales performance, and customer feedback for management review.
- Adherence to Quality Standards: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while interacting with customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to graduation.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written communication in English and regional languages, with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals effectively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems for data entry and retrieval.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection positively, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
